Meditation dates:

Tuesdays online via Zoom @ 7:30 pm. 9th and 23rd June, 7th and 21st July 2026.

Wednesday’s face-to-face @ 8 pm. 3rd and 17th June, 1st and15th July 2026.

Wednesday meditations will always be on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Friday morning Meditations on the 4th Friday of the month at 11 am.
